Payments may be processed through QuickBooks or another payment provider identified at the time of payment.

The provider collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy and terms. LayerLux Studio may receive information such as the customer's name, billing address, transaction amount, payment status, and limited payment-method details.

We do not ask customers to send complete payment-card information by ordinary email or website message.

We will not use a private customer photograph or custom design in public marketing merely because it was submitted with an order.

If you give us permission to share a review, testimonial, photograph, or completed custom product, we may use it for the purposes explained when permission is requested.

You may contact us to withdraw permission for future use. Withdrawal will not necessarily require us to recall materials already printed or lawfully published before withdrawal.

10. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

• Completing orders;
• Providing customer support;
• Maintaining tax and accounting records;
• Managing commercial design licenses;
• Resolving disputes;
• Enforcing agreements; and

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information.

We may retain invoices and transaction records longer than design-upload files because of tax, accounting, insurance, or legal requirements.

However, no website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for protecting their passwords and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.
